This role sits at the intersection of engineering and revenue operations, ideal for someone who loves building systems that directly drive business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain integrations between SaaS tools

  • Automate workflows that reduce manual work for sales/marketing teams.

  • Ensure data hygiene, enrichment, and consistency across all GTM systems.

  • Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing leaders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

  • Build reporting pipelines and dashboards to provide visibility into GTM performance.

  • Act as the go-to resource for technical troubleshooting, enhancements, and new GTM tool evaluations.

What We’re Looking For
  • Technical skills: Strong proficiency with APIs, scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar), and SQL.

  • Systems mindset: Experience with GTM SaaS tools like HubSpot, Orum, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Fireflies, Databricks etc.

  • Automation-first approach: Comfort with tools like Zapier, Workato, Tray.io, or custom-built automations.

  • Business fluency: Ability to understand GTM workflows (lead routing, pipeline management, campaign tracking, etc.) and translate them into technical systems.

  • Problem-solver: Excited to optimize, streamline, and remove friction from day-to-day GTM operations.

  • Bonus: Prior startup experience or exposure to RevOps functions.

Why Join Us
  • Direct impact: Your work will immediately shape how our GTM engine operates.

  • Startup ownership: High visibility and influence in a growing team.

  • Competitive comp + equity.

  • Remote-first flexibility.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
