High-Speed Analog / RF Design Engineer

Manages sales activities across South Ohio, Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana for Fiberon decking products. Builds and retains relationships with distributors, dealers, builders, and construction professionals while achieving sales, margin, expense, and market-share goals. Develops territory business plans, supports promotions, conducts business reviews and product presentations, manages CRM activity, and communicates competitive intelligence. The role is remote but requires residence in the territory and approximately 30% travel, including 4–6 overnight trips monthly.

The Broker Partner Manager will recruit, activate, and grow employee benefits brokerage partnerships across North America. Responsibilities include building partner engagement strategies, generating qualified sales pipeline, managing partner accounts through the full deal cycle, achieving revenue targets, hosting partner events and campaigns, and collaborating with Sales and Customer Success. The role also involves developing partner program messaging, prioritizing target partners, maintaining engagement cadences, and presenting strategies to stakeholders.

Leads high-visibility product programs focused on market adoption, analyst relations, customer advisory boards, executive briefings, and industry events. Translates technical product roadmaps into compelling market value propositions, synthesizes analyst and customer feedback, and provides actionable insights to product leadership. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and executive stakeholders while supporting strategic initiatives and external-facing communications.
