Within Group HR Digital & Data, you will play a key role in strengthening HR Operations Process Excellence across the Group.

Working with Group HR Functional Leads, Group Platforms, People Operation Leaders and regional teams, you will Lead the implementation of HR Operating Model changes, translating strategic direction into practical workflows.

Through process diagnostics, data-driven analysis and continuous improvement execution, you will help make HR Operations processes more efficient, scalable and consistent across the Group. You will translate HR Operations priorities into concrete process improvement, simplification, standardization and automation initiatives.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Process Diagnostics & Mining

  • Conduct process diagnostics, mapping and mining to identify inefficiencies, duplication and improvement opportunities.

  • Define and maintain the operational performance framework for HR Operations, leveraging KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities..

  • Translate operational insights into practical recommendations that improve service delivery.

Process Optimization

  • Lead the continuous improvement and standardization of HR Operations processes across the Group, enhancing efficiency, quality and consistency while accommodating justified local regulatory requirements.

  • Own the HR Operations process improvement backlog, translating business needs into prioritized initiatives and ensuring alignment with Product Owners, Functional Leads and Group Platforms.

  • Define and maintain HR Operations process standards, documentation and operational guidance to support consistent execution across the Group.

  • Animate and engage with the global HR Operations community to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing, develop and reinforce common ways of working, identify further improvement opportunities and communicate the roadmap and changes.

   

Automation & Artificial Intelligence

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR Operations through automation and AI-enabled capabilities.

  • Work with the HR Operations Community and Group Platforms to define process requirements and support implementation of automation and AI-enabled improvements.

  • Promote the practical application of AI to simplify processes, improve quality and reduce manual effort.

  • Monitor relevant automation and AI opportunities and recommend practical applications that support HR Operations process efficiency.

  

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

  • 10+ years experience in HR Operations, Operational Excellence, Business Process Improvement or HR Technology within a complex global organisation.

  • Strong experience analysing, simplifying and improving operational processes.

  • Proven ability to apply process improvement methodologies and data-driven problem solving.

  • Ability to translate analysis into pragmatic, scalable and operationally sustainable solutions.

  • Strong understanding of HR operating models, process ownership and service delivery environments.

  • Practical experience with automation and AI-enabled process improvement would be an advantage.

  • Experience with enterprise HR platforms, preferably Workday, would be an advantage.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across Functions, Regions and HR teams.

  • Fluent English. Knowledge of French is an asset.
