Lead IT Project Manager

Bothell, WA (Onsite)

Lead IT Project Manager is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from project initiation and planning through execution, deployment, and closure. This role is accountable for delivering projects within approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives while ensuring alignment with business and technology goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Driving project milestones and ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and technical resources.
  • Managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Leading status meetings and providing regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, financial forecasts, status reports, and presentations.
  • Ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Monitoring project performance and taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Facilitating decision-making and resolving project-related challenges.
  • Supporting IT initiatives and strategic technology programs across the organization.

  • Experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $135,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
