Entarian is seeking a Logistics Management Specialist, Intermediate to support Product Manager (PdM) Multi-Mission Surveillance Systems (M2S2). The selected candidate is an integral team member of the PdM M2S2 program office reporting directly to the Logistics Chief and Product Team Lead. This position will have a broad range of ILS responsibilities covering the full spectrum of Life-cycle Logistics support for the PdM M2S2 family of Radar systems.


Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Direct communication with all Product Teams, Functional Sections, the ILSC, Radar Units, Fielding Coordinators & Fielding/Training Team members, TYAD & other Depots, AMC, HQDA, ASAALT, OEMs and more.
  • Knowledge and experience working with and drafting Life-cycle Logistics Documentation such as:
    • Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP)
    • Materiel Fielding Plan (MFP)
    • Materiel Fielding Agreements
    • Materiel Release
    • Item Unique Identification (IUID)
    • Modification Work Orders (MWOs)
    • Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP)
    • Type Classification
    • Maintenance Planning

Salary range: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be a US citizen and possess an active Top Secret level security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree/High School Diploma (Four (4) additional years of related experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of editing DOD technical documents, supply management, purchasing, parts provisioning, and analysis of lifecycle sustainment processes.
  • Experience supporting all products during the development, production and sustainment phases of the lifecycle.
  • Experience providing services sufficient to perform the full range of integrated logistics support (ILS) functions and tasks to those defined and described in AR 700-127 (Integrated Product Support), DA PAM 700-127 (Integrated Product Support Procedures), AR 770-3 (Type Classification, Materiel Release, Fielding and Transfer), DA PAM 770-3 (Type Classification and Materiel Release Procedures), AR 70-47 (Engineering for Transportability), AR 350-1 (Army Training and Leader Development), AR 70-1 (Army Acquisition Policy), DA PAM 70-1 (Instructions for Army Acquisition Policy), AR 750-1 (Army Materiel Maintenance Policy), AR 750-10 (Army Modification Program), DA PAM 700-56 (Logistics Supportability Planning and Procedures in Army Acquisition), AR 700-138 (Army Logistics Readiness and Sustainability), and the OSD Supportability Guide (Designing and Assessing Supportability in DoD Weapon Systems: A Guide to Increased Reliability and Reduced Logistics Footprint) in support of any and all PdM managed programs during all stages of the Army acquisition life cycle.
  • Experience providing services sufficient to assess, comment, document and resolve ILS issues pertaining to, but not limited to, ILS documentation, Manpower/Personnel Integration (MANPRINT), technical manuals, training, training materials, materiel fielding, total package fielding, New Equipment Training (NET), provisioning, configuration audits, and technical data packages (TDPs) for PdM systems, major assemblies, subassemblies, and replenishment parts.
  • Self-starter with extensive experience working as a member of a team but also can work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and accurately (both verbally and in writing) complex logistics and support concepts.
  • Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, Power-Point, Share-Point and use of Government provided procurement and inventory databases.
