Compensation:New hires for this position typically start between $30.33 and $37.91 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.Benefits:

Eligible after 30 days of full-time employment (minimum of 30 hours/week):

What you'll do

Set up, operates, or tends milling machines or lathes to mill, shape, groove, turns or profile metal work pieces. Performs complex series of progressive machining operations on diversified work to close tolerances. Read blueprints, drawings and diagrams to ensure customer specifications are met. Perform machine programming and train lower grade employees.

What you'll bring

 

          High School Diploma or G.E.D.

          Knowledgeable in reading and understanding blueprints, drawings, and customer specifications.

          Experience with tight tolerances.

          Ability to exhibit critical thinking in order to see through complicated manufacturing processes.

          Knowledge of proper cutting tools used in various metals (Aluminum, Inconel, Titanium, Phenolic)

  • 1-2 years’ experience as a CNC Mills Machinist

 

Preferably you'll bring

  • Multi Access Machine experience
  • Lathe operator experience
