Manager in Development (MID) - Seattle/Tacoma Region
Location: Seattle or Tacoma (must be based in the region)
Pay: $80,00 - $85,000
Schedule: Full-time - On-site

Ready to step into a leadership role and make an impact? We're looking for motivated, hands-on problem solvers to join our Manager in Development (MID) program in Washington. What You'll Do:

  • Dive into daily operations-learn how to run a location from the ground up

  • Work side-by-side with experienced managers, supporting everything from staffing and scheduling to safety and compliance

  • Lead projects, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements

  • Build strong relationships with staff, drivers, and school partners

  • Support the Location Manager and help deliver safe, reliable service every day
     

What You Bring:

  • Leadership skills and a drive to learn and grow

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, people-first environment

  • Willingness to be based in Washington, or relocate for the role (relocation support available)

  • Previous operations or management experience is a plus, but not required
