- Execute and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns using Marketo.
- Build and manage email campaigns, nurture programs, and customer journeys.
- Translate business requirements into automated marketing solutions.
- Support audience segmentation, lead nurturing, and personalization strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and provide campaign guidance.
- Manage campaign processes between Marketo and Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure delivery excellence.
The skills you bring
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage.
- Strong background in marketing automation and campaign management.
- Experience with lead nurturing, segmentation, email marketing, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- Marketo certification is an advantage
