6-Month Marketing & Business Analyst Internship - TP Malaysia, Penang

Join TP Malaysia as a Marketing & Business Analyst Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting business analysis, reporting, business intelligence, marketing initiatives, and strategic projects across the APAC region.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to conduct market research, analyse data, develop dashboards and reports, support presentations, and contribute to marketing and strategic initiatives.This opportunity is ideal for students who are analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining practical experience across both business and marketing functions.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyse data and create clear, compelling presentations and reports.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and dashboard development is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
Responsibilities
  • Support business analysis and reporting activities by gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to provide meaningful, data-driven insights.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business performance monitoring and strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights relevant to business and marketing initiatives across the APAC region.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other business materials for senior stakeholders and management.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns, including research, coordination, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and APAC markets on strategic projects and business initiatives.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and support other business, reporting, and marketing-related projects as required.
