What you will do:
Event Planning & Execution
- Support the planning and coordination of in-person and virtual events, including executive briefings, customer workshops, trade shows, and internal events.
- Assist in managing event logistics such as vendor coordination, venue preparation, scheduling, and stakeholder communications.
Marketing Operations
- Assist with the development and maintenance of marketing budgets, processes, project calendars, and operational workflows.
- Support cross-team coordination to ensure consistent alignment across marketing and events.
- Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and internal communications.
Marketing Analytics
- Collect and analyze data on event attendance, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- Support tracking of marketing metrics and campaign impact in collaboration with analytics and operations teams.
The skills you bring:
- Actively enrolled in an accredited Bachelors or Master's (preferred) program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or related fields.
- Familiarity and use of AI and experience using AI automated workflows
- Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with event planning, marketing platforms, or project management tools is a plus.
- Interest in technology and telecommunications sectors is a plus.
- 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
- Available for a full-time internship for 12 weeks & beyond.
- Actively enrolled in an accredited university program on a full-time basis
