What You Might Do (depending on the opportunity)
  • Define and execute marketing strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and values

  • Build and lead high-performing marketing teams across brand, growth, product marketing, and communications

  • Develop authentic narratives and campaigns that deeply resonate with target audiences

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams to drive aligned growth

  • Foster a marketing culture rooted in creativity, intentionality, and meaningful connection

  • Integrate inner work values such as presence, authenticity, and empathy into team practices

  • Contribute to a leadership culture that prizes authenticity, self-awareness, and trust

Who You Are
  • 6+ years in marketing leadership roles (e.g., CMO, VP Marketing, Director of Marketing)

  • Experience leading brand, growth, or integrated marketing at high-growth startups or enterprises

  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity and crafting clear, compelling strategies

  • Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about building not just great campaigns, but great teams

  • Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others

  • Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development

Bonus Points
  • Prior experience in conscious organizations or purpose-driven companies

  • Expertise in brand storytelling, community building, or values-driven marketing approaches
