The Boeing Defense, Space & Security team is seeking a Product Review Engineer (Liaison Engineer) to support MQ-25 production at MAA. In this role, you'll be part of a highly collaborative environment where your engineering expertise directly supports production, product integrity, safety, and mission readiness.

Position Overview
As a Liaison Engineer, you will apply Boeing design principles and engineering judgment to assess, analyze, and resolve product and process issues throughout the product lifecycle. You'll work cross-functionally with production, quality, suppliers, and engineering teams to investigate non-conformances, develop sound technical dispositions, and help drive timely, effective solutions.
You will also help identify opportunities for product and process improvement, support design reviews and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and represent engineering in the build environment for MQ-25 production.
Key Responsibilities
  • Apply knowledge of Boeing design principles to assess and resolve product and process issues throughout MQ-25 production.
  • Analyze design non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and develop engineering dispositions.
  • Research and resolve technical, operational, and quality issues that cannot be addressed through standard customer or production processes.
  • Develop interim and final engineering solutions to support safe, effective product operation.
  • Identify, document, and evaluate reported problems and deviations that may affect design intent, product integrity, or safety.
  • Communicate findings and recommend corrective actions to support timely resolution.
  • Develop and implement product and process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Support Integrated Product Teams and participate in design reviews.
  • Represent the engineering organization in the build environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Boeing standards across suppliers and build partners.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and engineering communications.
  • Support Material Review Boards and other technical review forums as needed.
  • Analyze production and field data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for product support improvement.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • 2+ years work-related experience with a Bachelors degree OR an equivalent combination of work-related experience and technical education.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
  • (Level 3) 5+ years work-related experience with a Bachelors degree OR an equivalent combination of work-related experience and technical education.
  • (Level 3) Experience with Material Review Board (MRB) product review
  • Experience working with Defense customers
  • Experience with any of the following: Team Center, NX, IVT, MES, Gold, Aurora, VisMockup, 3D Printed Parts, Moonshine Shop, Im-Dev

Pay & Benefits:

Summary pay range:
Level 2: $85,000 - $115,000
Level 3: $103,700 - $140,300
