JOB SUMMARY

Eastside Catholic School is seeking a part-time Multimedia Producer to join the Marketing and Communications team with a primary focus on athletics creative content. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, this hybrid role is ideal for a visually driven storyteller who values flexibility while remaining connected to the school community through regular on-campus collaboration and athletic event coverage.

This position is well-suited for freelance designer, graduate student, recent college graduate, athletics content creator, coach, photographer or marketing professional seeking a flexible hybrid schedule.

The Multimedia Producer will play a key role in elevating the visibility of Eastside Catholic Athletics through the creation of gameday graphics, score updates, postseason content, student-athlete recognition and other engaging social media content. While athletics is the primary focus, this role will also support select school-wide marketing initiatives, events and community storytelling.

This position requires strong graphic design skills, creativity, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines. The ideal candidate enjoys capturing the energy of athletics and creating content that celebrates student achievement and strengthens community engagement.

This is a hybrid position combining remote and on-campus work. During the school year, most content creation, design work and social media posting may be completed remotely. The position requires approximately one full day or two partial days per week on campus for collaboration, photography, content planning and project meetings, along with occasional attendance at athletic events and school activities.

The schedule offers flexibility while maintaining regular collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team and connection to the school community.

SCHEDULE AND HOURS

• Approximately 6–8 hours per week on campus, which may be completed as one full workday or two partial days per week. Remaining hours may be completed remotely.

• Flexible remote evening hours during athletic seasons to post final scores, game results, student-athlete recognition and postseason updates.

• Summer responsibilities focus on content planning, photography organization, creative development and support for school marketing initiatives.

• Hybrid scheduling continues during summer months with approximately one full day or two partial days per week on campus.

This role may alternatively be placed on an unpaid hiatus from June 1 through July 15. Employees who choose this option would not be eligible for benefits during the hiatus period.
