We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented and deeply technical Lead OneStream Developer to join our Business Technology (BT) team to support our OneStream estate.

You will:

  • Application Maintenance & Support

    • Understand LiveRamp’s financial objectives and ensure those objectives underpin all design decisions made in the maintenance and extension of OneStream functionality

    • Gather and document business requirements and provide optimized solutions that account for the end-to-end architecture of the application

    • Develop and maintain business rules, calculations, and data integration processes within OneStream

    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing OneStream applications

    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, debugging and updating custom code, when necessary

    • Analyze data, define source-to-target mapping, read data models and data mining and conduct data profiling 

    • Manage user access and security settings, ensuring appropriate permissions are in place

    • Assist business users with the creation of report and dashboards that deliver the data sets they need to execute their work

    • Oversee data integration processes, ensuring accurate and timely data flow between OneStream and other financial systems

    • Deliver work within an agile framework, including story writing and estimating, backlog management and sprint planning
       

  • Continuous Improvement

    • Keep abreast of the latest OneStream features and industry best practices and collaborate with FP&A stakeholders to develop roadmaps to ensure we are maximizing value realization from the tool

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation and optimization within OneStream

    • Participate in knowledge-sharing activities and contribute to the development of best practices within the team

    • Create and maintain a backlog of user stories that are reviewed, prioritized and delivered in agile ways of working

About you:

  • Are an expert in designing and implementing functionality in OneStream

  • Have an analytical mind with the ability to consume large amounts of data and extrapolate it into business insights

  • Have the ability to develop customizations in OneStream and troubleshoot

  • Have experience with programming languages such as SQL, VB.NET, or C#

  • Have 10+ years 

    • serving as the conduit between the business and technology teams to synthesize business requirements and outcomes and design software solutions that will enable those outcomes

    • designing and configuring EPM tools

    • facilitating user acceptance testing 

    • deciding when to release new features 

    • assisting the business with communications content

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effective at listening to, understanding and clarifying concerns and issues raised by colleagues, with a deep sense of humility and openness to the perspectives of others

  • Understand the importance of maintaining confidential information

  • Are able to work well in a hyper-growth, fast-paced environment

  • Approach problems with an innovative and curious mindset, always looking for new and better ways to make people better at their workKnowledge of financial and accounting principles

The approximate annual base compensation range is $154,500 to $224,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
