Who we are About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

Stripe's Global Partner Marketing team drives growth by developing and scaling go-to-market programs with Stripe's most strategic channel, technology, and alliance partners. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and GTM teams, the team builds the infrastructure, enablement, and co-marketing programs that extend Stripe's reach across the partner ecosystem.

What you’ll do

As the Partner Marketing Operations Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of Stripe's Global Partner Marketing organization. You'll own the team's OPEX budget, rhythm of business, and cross-functional programs — ensuring the organization runs with precision, data-driven accountability, and operational excellence. This role has broad visibility across the entire partner ecosystem and direct impact on how Stripe scales through its global partner network.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end OPEX budget inclusive of marketing dollars, headcount, and non-headcount spend; forecast and land budget within 1% variance to plan
  • Design and manage the Partner Marketing team's rhythm of business (ROB), including structure, cadence, and reporting frameworks
  • Partner with the analytics team and partner marketing leaders to define requirements and integrate data into the ROB, establishing a single source of truth for measuring and reporting on partner marketing impact
  • Lead cross-team operational initiatives including weekly snippets, AI project prioritization, go/partner-marketing site and assets, team meetings, offsites, and town halls
  • Build and maintain an inventory of system and tool requirements that enhance the partner experience or address integration blockers for partners entering Stripe's GTM motion (e.g., Salesforce integration, partner recommender)
  • Lead and program-manage cross-team strategic initiatives as identified and prioritized by the Head of Global Partner Marketing
Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in a highly matrixed enterprise technology organization
  • 15+ years of business and/or program management experience
  • 10+ years of partner ecosystem experience
  • Demonstrated track record managing large operating budgets with high precision
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead collaboratively and influence across functions and levels
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in a global strategy and operations or Chief of Staff function, with direct ownership of budget, cross-functional communications, and program operations
  • Proven track record of influencing without authority, leading change management, and building cohesion across a newly formed or restructured team
  • Strong systems thinker with the ability to identify operating model gaps and navigate cross-functional prioritization (e.g., with analytics, campaigns, or product roadmap teams)
  • Composure and independent judgment in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal direction
