THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Talent Acquisition Department is growing with it. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of Aritzia from our brand-new Seattle office, at the intersection of technology and the fashion business.

As a Senior Manager/Manager, Digital Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in enabling Aritzia’s next phase of growth by attracting and securing world-class technical talent for our Digital, IT, and Analytics teams. Deeply connected to the technology landscape, you understand the evolving ecosystem — and you bring an equally strong passion for Aritzia and the fashion business. THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Digital Talent Acquisition you will:

  • Find the world’s best talent and deliver the right people to put forward for assessment
  • Assess and select the best candidates that meet our key attributes of employment
  • Inspire candidates with all Aritzia has to offer, exciting them about the role, the company, the career opportunity
  • Secure top talent with compelling offers and skilled negotiation
  • Create and implement strategies to establish Aritzia as the employer of choice for top Digital talent

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager/Manager, Digital Talent Acquisition has:

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications, including experience in tech recruitment
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
