Job Overview
Supports a functional group by providing strategic program support that impact the broader organization. These initiatives may align with enterprise-wide strategic goals or span multiple functional areas. This role will also ensure the training and sales enablement needs of Enterprise learners and sellers are being met. A working knowledge of Enterprise in telecom is essential, as the role directly supports SEGA Learning within the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. The ideal candidate will apply Enterprise-grade expertise to influence the way we train sellers and leaders—driving development in sales skills, product knowledge, processes, and tools. The role works closely with all SEGA L&D functions and collaborates cross-functionally with GTM and TFB partners.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develops program and project strategies, including execution plans. Leads kick-off, cross-functional reviews, and other program meetings.
  • Creates and manages project teams and cross-functional teams contributing to programs within a functional group, and programs that span other organizations. Works with other program managers and leadership to identify and address cross-project dependencies.
  • Brings forward insights and recommendations from their experience and frontline relationships/interactions to inform best practices and continuous improvement. Manages change within programs and evaluates risks and potential impacts on program delivery.
  • Owns upskilling Enterprise segment knowledge within the team—including curriculum design, program management, and field enablement—via group and 1:1 sessions
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects including directly leading frontline and leadership sessions as assigned by business management.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Economics, Sales or related field (Required)
  • 7-10 years Experience in organizational programs, project management or related area. Required
  • 2-4 years supervisory or program management experience. Required

    Base Pay Range: $103,100 - $186,000

    Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
