Overview

The Web Shared UX team shapes Office experiences on the web through shared capabilities that enable Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to deliver cohesive, accessible, and high-quality experiences at scale. The team owns the iconic Office Ribbon, foundational shell experiences, and the web implementation of Copilot System UX. Its work spans AI-forward prototyping, platform modernization, responsive design, reliability, performance, and telemetry.
