Position Summary

Delinea is seeking a Product Manager to join our product group and support our growing portfolio of SaaS-first identity security solutions, with a primary focus on our endpoint privilege management (EPM) products. In this role you will own a defined area of the EPM roadmap, turn product strategy into well-scoped requirements, and work closely with engineering to deliver customer-centric features that advance our leadership in PAM.

As a member of a globally distributed team, you will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Marketing, UX, and Technical Writing to bring scalable, secure cloud features to market. You will gather input from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders and translate it into clear, actionable requirements for your area of the product.

This position is open to candidates based in the United States. Delinea offers a flexible remote work environment with strong regional team support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the product vision and strategy for Delinea's EPM solutions and own the roadmap for an assigned product area in line with those goals.

  • Maintain a prioritized backlog and write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, partnering day to day with agile development teams to deliver iterative, measurable value.

  • Build an understanding of the market and our users by participating in customer and partner conversations, reviewing competitive and analyst inputs, and gathering feedback from Sales and Support.

  • Partner with Engineering, QA, and Support teams throughout the release cycle to ensure high-quality, on-time feature delivery.

  • Support go-to-market execution with Product Marketing, contributing to positioning, messaging, release notes, and launch content for your feature areas. Provide internal technical teams with the documentation, demos, and training they need to support product launches and customer success.

  • Track adoption and usage metrics for your product area and use them to recommend improvements and inform prioritization decisions.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred; Master’s or MBA a plus.

  • 3+ years of product management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, including ownership of features or a product area from definition through release; enterprise software experience preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or cloud security, with exposure to endpoint security, privilege management, or endpoint agent technologies.

  • Working knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), endpoint operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and enterprise IT environments (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID, endpoint management tooling).

  • Experience contributing to enterprise product releases from concept through general availability, and translating technical capability into clear user experiences and customer value.

  • Certifications such as Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner are advantageous.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, including comfort presenting to cross-functional teams and enterprise customers—fluent in English.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
