The Product Marketing Director at Dynatrace will lead marketing strategies focused on customer success and retention for Dynatrace ONE, drive messaging and positioning, create impactful content, conduct market analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.

Dynatrace is seeking a passionate and experienced customer solutions marketing leader to drive the marketing strategy for Dynatrace ONE, our post-sales organization, to foster a positive customer experience, maximize the business value our customers receive from Dynatrace, enhance customer loyalty, and strengthen relationships. The Solutions Marketing Director will lead the marketing strategy for all customer success teams and professional services solutions. This role will be instrumental in positioning Dynatrace as the leader in the rapidly evolving Observability market, showcasing how Dynatrace is enabling organizations to confidently deploy, manage, and derive business value from our industry leading platform. You will be responsible for defining the messaging, positioning, and content that resonates with our target audience of CIOs, CTOs, SREs, DevOps engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Dynatrace ONE, with a focus on customer retention, loyalty, and growth, while aligning with overall Dynatrace business goals, customer success strategies, and the company's broader go-to-market objectives.
• Define and refine compelling messaging and positioning that clearly articulates the value proposition and recommended solutions which drive business value for customers, differentiating Dynatrace from competitors.
• Create high-impact marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, white papers, case studies, presentations, videos, and social media content, that highlights the value and importance of Dynatrace ONE solutions.
• Lead go-to-market activities for Dynatrace ONE solutions, collaborating closely with portfolio management, product management, sales, and other marketing teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, competitive opportunities and business use cases.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions, including metrics related to business impact.
• Drive and manage the development of customer stories and testimonials that showcase the business value of Dynatrace.
• Monitor market trends and SaaS customer success solutions, and competitive activities to identify potential disruptions and opportunities.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and other executives on competitive positioning, solution strategy, and go-to-market approaches.
• Develop customer success messaging for customer events and conferences, and drive coordinated Dynatrace ONE content for expos, booths, and customer success sessions.
• Drive marketing related activities, messaging and coordination for customer events hosted by Dynatrace ONE, e.g. hands on training, customer innovation days, award ceremonies, etc.
• Maximize the partner ecosystem across product management, marketing, and field-facing teams to ensure relevant information is consistently shared with relevant stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, software engineering or related field
• 10+ years in professional services marketing, product marketing, or product management in B2B enterprise market
• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• MBA

• 8+ years in post-sales solutions, product marketing or product management in B2B enterprise market
• Ability to learn quickly and deliver results
