  • Job Title: Product Marketing Manager, Ecommerce
  • Job Summary: The Product Marketing Manager, Ecommerce supports the planning, coordination, and execution of product marketing initiatives across multiple channels for Pokémon Center. This role serves as a key liaison between product, creative, marketing, and external partners to ensure accurate product information, compelling messaging, and successful campaign execution. The individual will help bring products and brand initiatives to market by managing campaign planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing channel performance, and delivering fan-first marketing experiences that align with business objectives.

What you'll do

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, consolidate, and communicate product information, campaign objectives, and key messaging to support successful product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and distribute campaign briefs that outline product highlights, target audiences, promotional assets, and strategic objectives for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain marketing calendars, ensuring campaign milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are clearly documented and communicated across teams.
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, social, PR, email, web, and paid media teams to ensure cohesive and timely execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Review campaign materials and marketing assets to ensure alignment with brand standards, product positioning, and business goals.
  • Monitor campaign progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and proactively partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain timelines.
  • Analyze channel and campaign performance across email, social media, paid media, web, and other marketing channels, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Support post-campaign reporting and performance reviews by gathering data, identifying learnings, and sharing recommendations to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Foster strong collaboration across departments and external partners to ensure alignment on marketing priorities, product launches, and promotional activities.

 

What you'll bring

  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of professional experience in product marketing, channel marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or a demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting retail, consumer goods, or ecommerce product launches and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of channel performance optimization, including email, paid media, web, social media, and organic marketing initiatives.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and drive projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content development capabilities, with an emphasis on creating engaging customer experiences.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management, CRM, analytics, and content management tools.
  • Familiarity with the Pokémon brand is a plus; passion for creating fan-first experiences and a willingness to deepen brand knowledge is highly valued.
  • Ability to travel up to 4 times a year domestically and internationally.


Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $95,000.00 - $127,000.00 per year. The full range is $95,000.00 - $172,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
