Job Description:

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Marketing Manager to help bring Pluralsight’s solutions to market, articulate value to customers, and support adoption and growth across our platform.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product, Revenue, and Growth teams to support positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution that reinforces Pluralsight as the leader in Workforce Skills Intelligence. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who enjoys blending storytelling, data, and execution.

What you’ll do:

Solution Positioning, Messaging, & Packaging

  • Support the development and refinement of product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across key audiences (enterprise, tech teams, and individual learners)

  • Help translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives

  • Contribute to pricing and packaging analysis and recommendations

  • Ensure messaging consistency across key assets and customer touchpoints

Go-to-Market Strategy & Solution Launches

  • Support go-to-market planning and execution for product and solution launches

  • Help develop launch materials, messaging, and campaign inputs

  • Partner with Product to gather and incorporate market and customer insights

  • Collaborate with Demand Gen and Growth teams to support pipeline and adoption efforts

Sales & Customer Enablement

  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, and product collateral

  • Help equip Sales and Customer Success teams with clear messaging and use cases

  • Support enablement sessions and training for new product launches

Customer & Market Insights

  • Build understanding of target personas, industries, and competitive landscape

  • Conduct research and support win/loss analysis to inform messaging and positioning

  • Help represent the voice of the customer through insights and feedback

What Success Looks Like (KPIs)

  • Contribute to on-time, high-quality product and solution launches

  • Support pipeline and adoption goals tied to launches and campaigns

  • Improve sales readiness through clear, effective enablement materials

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality messaging across assets and channels

  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships and become a trusted partner

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Experience leading product launches, go-to-market efforts, and sales enablement

  • Exposure to working closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing)

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear messaging

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong execution skills

  • Comfortable working with data, research, and customer insights

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority

Bonus Points

  • Experience in learning platforms, developer tools, or technical products

  • Familiarity with SaaS business models or product-led growth

  • Exposure to competitive analysis or analyst insights

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years in product marketing, product marketing support, or related roles (B2B SaaS preferred)

  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Physical Requirements:

This role is primarily performed in an office or home office setting and involves standard computer-based work.

Pay Transparency:

The annual US base salary range for this role is $91,200 - $120,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
