We're backed by top investors including Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Bessemer Venture Partners, 8VC, Floodgate, Y Combinator, DNX Ventures, Global Founders Capital, Justin Kan, Elad Gil, and more.

We value diversity — in backgrounds and in experiences. We need people from all backgrounds and walks of life to help build the future of audit and advisory. If you share our values and enthusiasm for building a great culture and product, you will find a home at Fieldguide.

About the Role:

As a Product Support Representative at Fieldguide, you will be an integral member of our go-to-market team, helping build our support function.

You will provide customers with world-class support built to maximize our customers’ return on investment quickly and continuously. As a trusted expert on the Fieldguide platform, you will partner closely with firms to ensure their ongoing success with Fieldguide.

  • Startup or scale-up experience where you have worn multiple hats and worked without full documentation.. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
