- Lead effective engagements with Engineering and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution of NPI programs

- Scale NPI processes to increase clarity and simplify execution

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
  - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or related field
  - 5+ years of experience in high-tech supply chain, new product introduction, sourcing, operations, or related fields
  - Experience in program management at a high-tech company, with a proven track record of successfully setting up and executing supply chain operational processes
  - Proficiency in verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  - Ability to lead in ambiguous situations and effectively manage conflicting priorities and changes
  - Proficient in business tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Azure DevOps
  - Cloud supply chain experience

- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  - Master's degree in relevant field
  - Experience with AI GPU and working across multiple business units and partner organizations
  - Experience with dashboards such as Tableau and Power BI
