- Role Summary: As a Communications and Business Program Manager, you will work closely with the Executive Business Administrator, Business Manager, and General Manager of the Consumer Channel Marketing team. - Assist with the timeline and scheduling of key milestones, leadership reviews, and deliverables for the Consumer Channel Marketing team

- Prepare for leadership meetings, including prepping speakers, developing slideware, and managing call logistics
- Manage community communications and facilitate weekly general manager team communications
- Coordinate logistics for community-related events and provide creative support for event content

- Develop communications and surveys for internal initiatives
- Maintain team SharePoint and Teams sites

- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
  - Minimum 2 years of experience in program management
  - Minimum 2 years of experience in communications, including maintaining SharePoint and Teams sites
  - Minimum 2 years of experience with excellent written skills for high-level communications
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in consumer marketing, preferably at Microsoft
