- Client Overview: We are hiring for a role within the Windows Consumer Category Planning Team, responsible for building retail sales strategy for Windows globally.
- Role Summary: As the Windows Consumer Category | ROB and Project Lead, you will ensure the team follows key Rhythm of Business processes and calendars, driving successful deliverables and milestones critical to operating the business. This role is crucial in supporting the team's seasonal category planning, cross-team collaboration, and meeting key objectives.

4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Driving and managing the 18-month planning calendar for the Windows Consumer Category Planning Team
- Collaborating with other teams to align calendars and processes, ensuring synchronization in key rhythms
- Managing the team's workback schedule and major milestones across different areas of the business
- Providing support to the team through agenda management and morale moments
- Assisting individual team members as needed in their specific workstreams and deliverables

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
   - 5-7 years of experience in project management and cross-team collaboration
   - Proficiency in MSFT suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
   - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with partners
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
   - Experience in the consumer electronics space
   - Knowledge of planning processes and experience in the retail industry
