Set the Course

This role is critical to modernizing how Tommy Bahama’s products move from source to customer. The Project Manager, Supply Chain leads the technology implementations — warehouse management, ERP, inventory, and order fulfillment — that keep the brand’s supply chain fast, accurate, and ready to scale. Partnering closely with IT, cross-functional business teams, and the PMO, this role drives the systems and process improvements that let the brand run more efficiently, cut friction out of the business, and reinvest every gain into better tools, faster fulfillment, and a stronger customer experience.

What you’ll build

The systems behind every order that ships on time and every shelf that’s stocked right. New warehouse management, ERP, inventory, and order fulfillment capabilities that replace manual work with reliable automation. Rollouts that give the business cleaner data, faster decisions, and the tools to do more with the resources they already have. This is the infrastructure that lets an iconic brand run at its best.

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
