Description

We’re growing and looking to hire a RevOps Data Analyst who embodies our core values: People First, Customer Obsession, Strive for Excellence, and Integrity.

Claroty is a global leader in cyber-physical systems (CPS) protection, dedicated to securing the critical infrastructure that keeps the world running. We’re a fast-growing, award-winning team where innovation meets purpose—and we want you to help us define the future of cybersecurity.

About the Role:

Are you a data-driven strategist who loves turning raw numbers into actionable growth? As our RevOps Data Analyst, you will be the analytical engine driving our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution. You won't just mine data—you will translate it into powerful, usable insights that shape the future of our revenue organization. Partnering cross-functionally with leadership, Finance, and GTM teams, you will own our data models, maintain our reporting infrastructure, and track the leading and lagging indicators that propel our business forward.

Responsibilities

As a RevOps Data Analyst, your impact will be:

  • Data Modeling & Analysis: Mine, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, build predictive data models, and deliver high-impact strategic insights.
  • GTM Strategy & Execution: Define, track, and report on key leading and lagging performance indicators for the RevOps and broader GTM organizations.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Own and manage the deployment of interactive dashboards, documentation of data definitions, and overall reporting infrastructure to ensure a single source of truth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with other business units (such as Finance) to support data requests, align key metrics, and streamline cross-functional workflows.
  • Insight Delivery: Translate intricate data findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant professional work experience in data analysis, data science, or revenue operations.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven experience working directly within a RevOps or GTM function (Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success operations).
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience building sophisticated data models, managing data definitions, and maintaining BI infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with modern forecasting and revenue analytics tools (e.g., Clari, Databricks).
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI technologies and machine learning tools for predictive data analysis.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience managing enterprise BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
