SavvyMoney is a leading San Francisco East Bay fintech company. We provide integrated credit score and personal finance solutions to 1,600 + bank and credit union partners nationally. The SavvyMoney solutions integrate with more than 43 digital banking platforms.

SavvyMoney was recently recognized by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Journal as one of the "Top 25 Places to Work in the San Francisco Bay Area" and is an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company.

We pride ourselves on a culture of collaboration, innovation, and mutual respect — a team that supports each other's growth, celebrates successes, and genuinely enjoys the work we do.

As our market intensifies, we need to arm our sales teams and reseller partners with consistent, battle-tested positioning, messaging, and training to compete effectively. We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Enablement Manager to help our teams win deals and clearly represent SavvyMoney's value to both prospects and partners. Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own the tools, training, content, and processes that give our teams what they need to win — and you'll be a key partner in aligning Sales and Product Marketing around one consistent, effective story.

Responsibilities -

Product & Sales Alignment: Serve as the connective tissue between Product and Sales — translating product roadmap and feature releases into sales-ready messaging and training, and closing the loop by surfacing field feedback back to Product and Product Marketing.

Sales Training & Content Enablement: Conduct ongoing needs analysis to identify skill and knowledge gaps across the Sales team. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs — onboarding, product certifications, and continuous learning — with coaching and reinforcement to sustain behavior change and shorten new rep ramp time. Ensure consistency and quality of sales messaging to unify and strengthen the SavvyMoney brand. Act as the sales-facing extension of Product Marketing, translating positioning, messaging, and content into training, tools, and resources for Sales.

Competitive Intelligence: Own the creation and upkeep of battlecards and objection-handling guides. Run win/loss analysis to surface trends, feeding those insights back into training priorities and to Product Marketing to inform positioning and messaging.

Reseller & Account Manager Enablement: Support resellers and account managers by ensuring they are equipped to represent SavvyMoney's value clearly and consistently.

Tools & Systems: Work daily within our CMS and CRM platforms to publish content, monitor adoption, and produce regular reporting on tool usage, content performance, and sales activity, delivering insights to leadership to inform enablement priorities.

Performance Measurement: Oversee and measure end-to-end sales performance from lead generation to close, using performance data to pinpoint gaps in knowledge or skills. Track metrics like win rates, onboarding time, and content usage to calculate the ROI of enablement initiatives. Reduce new rep ramp time by 30%.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Plan and facilitate meetings efficiently and effectively across Sales, Product Marketing, and Product teams. Bring strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to working across diverse functions and multiple revenue-facing departments, while staying aligned with Growth Marketing (demand generation, events, PR) on initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications -
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field, with experience in financial services or fintech preferred

  • Proven experience building and running sales training and onboarding programs

  • Experience conducting competitive research and translating findings into sales-facing assets

  • Experience designing instructional or curriculum-style training content

  • Skilled at building consensus and navigating competing priorities across sales, marketing, and product

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strategic, data-driven approach to decision-making

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B or B2B2C SaaS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
