About Monte Carlo

As businesses increasingly rely on data + AI for competitive advantage, reliability has become a non-negotiable. Named a CBInsights AI100 company and described by Forbes as the "New Relic for data", Monte Carlo supports some of the world's most prestigious companies, including Fox, Roche, Honeywell, and CreditKarma to deliver trustworthy data + AI at scale.

Backed by Accel, Redpoint Ventures, Notable Capital, ICONIQ Growth, and Salesforce Ventures, Monte Carlo is powering the future of reliable data + AI.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to design, implement, and scale a comprehensive, role-based onboarding program that accelerates ramp time and drives long-term sales performance.

You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Operations to deliver an end-to-end onboarding experience—spanning training, certification, tooling, AI workflows, and post-onboarding reinforcement—that equips new hires to succeed in modern, enterprise GTM motions.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and own onboarding programs: Build and continuously optimize a scalable 30-60-90-120 day onboarding journey across roles (SDRs, AEs, Sales Engineering, Customer Success), ensuring Day 1 readiness, faster time to productivity, and strong foundations in account planning, territory strategy, deal execution, and forecasting

  • Deliver training, certification, and enablement: Lead live training, coaching, and certifications across sales process, methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message), unified pitch execution, demos, GTM AI tools, and SFDC workflows, while creating modular Educate-style content including playbooks, curricula, templates, job aids, and assessments

  • Measure impact and drive continuous improvement: Define, track, and report on onboarding and enablement metrics (ramp time, early pipeline, stage conversion, first-deal velocity, 120-day performance), partnering with RevOps to leverage dashboards and AI-driven insights and rapidly iterate based on data and feedback

You’re a Fit If You Have

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Sales Operations with direct ownership of sales onboarding programs

  • Proven success building scalable onboarding, certification, and enablement programs within a SaaS or modern GTM organization

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDPICC required; Command of the Message preferred) and experience enabling GTM AI tools

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and programs

Nice to Have

  • Experience partnering deeply with Product, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales Operations to embed tooling, data, dashboards, and AI workflows into enablement

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
