WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO: 
Assess the scope of change our clients face as they embark on new opportunities and overcome challenges.   
Contribute to solutions that help transform HR practices across a wide range of areas including HR assessment, talent strategy, talent management practices, strategic workforce planning and culture assessment.  
Build engaging deliverables, communications, and workshops, in collaboration with Point B colleagues and clients.  
Help drive and/or lead all aspects of talent transformation engagements, including assessment of job architecture, total rewards structures, performance management practices, competency assessment and design, career development design, skills assessments and talent acquisition practices. 
Develop/Build skills in other OE competencies including organizational change management, organizational design and activation, operating model design and activation. 
As desired/interested, contribute to business development efforts to help qualify client needs. 
Build authentic relationships with individuals in work groups and teams; proactively contribute and support team efforts while helping clients. 
Ability to work in various industries, including Healthcare, Life Sciences, Media & Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Consumer Products & Retail, and others. 
Work on critical initiatives with top clients of all types, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. 
Learn and grow by working alongside some of the best Organizational Effectiveness experts in the business, as well as Point B Solutions experts in other areas such as Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Data & Analytics, and others.  
Exercise an entrepreneurial spirit and contribute to the firm’s growth as an employee-owner.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:
4+ years’ experience as an HR/Talent Management practitioner.    
Experience designing and facilitating talent and workforce assessments to identify engagement strategies relevant to client culture and connecting engagement outcomes to the client's overall organizational strategy and objectives.   
4+ years’ experience managing projects, including scoping, planning, executing, and monitoring, with a track record of successful project delivery  
Experience as an internal HR practitioner or external consultant within the broader Human Capital consulting space 
Led projects focused on HR assessment, talent strategy, talent management or workforce planning 
Analyzed and clearly summarized information from various sources, such as existing documents, online research, stakeholder interviews and internal experts  
Demonstrated acumen in the fundamental skills required to assess, design, implement and advise on talent management practices within organizations 
Developed polished, professional deliverables for a variety of audiences  
Demonstrated consulting agility and flexibility to build rapport with clients and drive to successful outcomes in the best interest of clients   
Created visually appealing and professional documents using the Microsoft suite and other visualization and facilitation tools such as Mural  
Experience collaborating across multiple teams and leaders in a matrixed environment to get work done   
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Client-Focused: Demonstrated experience working directly with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.   
B.A. or B.S. degree in a relevant field required.  
M.A. or M.S. in a relevant field preferred. 

 Job-Specific Requirements:
Ability to travel to client site
Ability to work from home
Ability to work nonstandard work hours as necessary
Ability to travel up to 80%
 
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The estimated salary range for this role is $101,500 - $169,000 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.
 
Bonuses are awarded at Point B’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
