Overview

The Teamwork Experiences Group (TEX) focuses on teamwork as the product: how people—and increasingly artificial intelligence (AI) agents—share context, make decisions, and move work forward across chats, channels, meetings, communities, and tasks. Its portfolio—Teams, Engage, and Planner—spans this space.

We are looking for a Teamwork Experiences Senior Business Manager to drive headcount rigor, budget discipline, procurement effectiveness and some employee engagement projects while partnering with the Business Management Community, Engineering Teams, and Finance. We are also focused on being customer zero for the Teams, Engage, Planner and M365 platforms.
