Overview

Microsoft Business Operations is building an end-to-end Consumption Governance capability to strengthen how we manage the consumption lifecycle and protect customer trust and revenue integrity. The lifecycle spans business intent and launch readiness through meter creation, pricing, usage, mapping, invoicing, and correction, crossing multiple organizations, systems, and business processes.

As a Senior Business Program Manager, Consumption Governance, you will help design and operate the management system that connects this lifecycle. You will establish greater visibility into lifecycle health, strengthen end-to-end financial and operational controls, surface customer and revenue risk earlier, clarify accountability, and mobilize teams around systemic issues and improvement opportunities.

You will work across engineering, business planning, commerce, finance, and operations, bringing structure and clarity to complex problems where accountability and execution span organizational boundaries. This opportunity will allow you to deepen your experience in governance, financial controls, systems thinking, risk management, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional program leadership.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees, we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day, we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
