The Role 

Outreach is seeking a strategic Senior Global Partner Marketing Manager reporting to our Senior Director of Growth Marketing with a dotted line report to the VP of Global PartnershipsIn this role you will align and collaborate with our global partner leaders, marketing, sales, as well as with our ecosystem partners – Technology/ISV, channel/reseller, systems integrators (SIs), and strategic alliancesYou’ll develop integrated marketing programs to leverage campaigns, digital, events, field marketing, PR, and social to drive pipeline growth and revenue across our priority segments. You’ll have a direct influence on how we grow and win as the leader in revenue orchestration.

Location: We are open to remote within the U.S. 

Your Adventures Will Include 

Own the Partner Marketing Strategy

    • Build and own the global partner marketing strategy and annual plan, aligned to the partner business priorities. 

    • Created tailored co-marketing motions for priority partners including leveraging campaigns, digital, events, and field marketing for an overall integrated plan.   

    • Collaborate with partners and the Outreach product marketing and brand teams to promote announcements via press releases, social media programs, blogs, and other types of co-created content. 

Drive Co-Marketing and Campaigns

    • Plan and execute joint co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners, including content, webinars, events and paid programs. 

    • Manage external market development fund (MDF) program usage; and an internal program to include allocation, partner requests, approvals, and ROI tracking. 

    • Adapt global partner campaigns for regional execution in partnership with field marketing teams across NA and EMEA. 

    • Measure integrated campaign performance against pipeline and revenue targets. 

    • Act as the connective tissue between the Partner leaders and campaign/field marketing teams, ensuring consistent brand and c-marketing standards worldwide. 

Deliver Partner Enablement and Content

    • Work with partners and product marketing to develop messaging and targeting strategy. 

    • Collaborate with the product marketing and partner teams at Outreach to identify and support co-branded collateral, joint case studies, sales enablement, and campaign toolkits. 

    • Support internal teams with content and campaign enablement for partners. 

Support and Create Events and Field Activations

    • Coordinate partner presence at corporate and third party events, regional field events, and partner summits including Unleash, the Outreach flagship customer event. 

    • Manage joint webinars and virtual events with key partners, end to end. 

Track Pipeline, Revenue, and ROI

    • Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, MDF, and program ROI. 

    • Manage the partner marketing budget and calendar across NA and EMEA. 

    • Continuously test and optimize campaignsLeverage AI and data to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and velocity. 

Our Vision of You

    • 5–8 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in partner, channel, or alliance marketing supporting organizations that sell to global, enterprise, mid-market customers. 

    • Experience at a B2B SaaS or technology company; AI/ML industry experience a plus. 

    • A track record managing global or multi-region marketing programs across time zones and cultures. 

    • Familiarity with partner ecosystems — technology alliances, channel/reseller networks, and SI/consulting partners. 

    • Hands-on experience managing MDF and co-op marketing programs. 

    • Strong project management skills and comfort coordinating a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. 

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand consistently across joint materials. 

    • Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo); experience with partner marketing platforms (e.g., Crossbean, Impartner, Allbound, Zift) a plus. 

    • Strong analytical and executive communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into recommendations and effectively present to senior leadership.
