The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience
We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Pricing Analytics & Strategy to join the Corporate Strategy team to help drive measurement and optimization of our top monetization initiatives. In this role, you will work with cross-functional partners including Pricing & Packaging, Product Operations, Deal Desk, GTM Strategy, and field teams to define key performance metrics, build scalable reporting infrastructure, and deliver strategic insights that increase transparency, accelerate decision-making, and drive measurable business impact.
This is a hybrid strategic analytics role: you'll combine deep quantitative analysis with operational enablement, translating complex pricing data into actionable insights while building the measurement frameworks that power our monetization strategy.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Measure the impact of pricing initiatives and lead strategic analysis to support and progress key pricing and monetization decisions

  • Explore and champion the use of AI tools to accelerate analytics workflows, automate reporting, and scale insight delivery across the team

  • Conduct evidence-based evaluations to determine key drivers of monetization growth and identify optimization opportunities

  • Define key performance metrics and build scalable reports, dashboards, and automated resources to monitor the health of pricing initiatives

  • Build and deliver frameworks to measure Corporate Strategy priorities and initiatives

  • Enable key strategic initiatives through data-driven guidance, training materials, and operational tools for Deal Desk, renewals teams, OUs, and field sellers

  • Work across the broader product portfolio and Strategy teams to collaborate, learn, and scale best practices

You're Our Person If...

  • 8+ years at a high-growth tech company in pricing analytics, strategic sales/business operations, or at a top management consulting firm with strong exposure to Go-To-Market/Product Strategy/Pricing assignments

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or another quantitative field

  • Advanced data exploration and analysis skills: comfortable applying statistical techniques to answer complex business questions

  • Highly proficient in Tableau, Excel / Google Sheets for building executive-facing dashboards and reports

  • Proficient SQL skills: able to write complex queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from large-scale data platforms

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate analytics workflows, automate reporting, or enhance insight generation

  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form, able to translate complex information into easily consumable insights for executive audiences

  • No ego. Extremely collaborative. Bias towards action.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and ability to adjust on the fly to unplanned situations

Even Better If...

  • Programming for analytics: Experience with Python or R for data science workflows is a strong plus

  • Advanced degree MS/PhD in quantitative field is a strong plus

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
