As a key member of Spectrum's Real Estate and Property Administration team, you will oversee a dynamic portfolio of properties and drive real estate strategies that align with our corporate objectives. Your expertise will influence site selection, acquisitions, leasing and ongoing portfolio management, ensuring our operations run efficiently and effectively.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead and oversee real estate managers and broker partners responsible for negotiating acquisitions, dispositions and leasing across Spectrum properties
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop actionable real estate strategies supporting business goals
  • Participate in strategic business reviews with leadership to align portfolio decisions with organizational priorities
  • Assist in planning and executing real estate solutions that drive operational and cost efficiencies
  • Conduct site visits and maintain market intelligence to identify and capitalize on opportunities
  • Build and manage relationships with internal business partners and external brokers, attorneys, landlords and developers
  • Develop and manage relationships with third-party consultants supporting Spectrum's real estate initiatives

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or equivalent work experience

Experience
  • 5+ years of real estate experience
  • 5+ years of in-house corporate real estate experience
  • 2+ years of management experience

Skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Strong knowledge of corporate real estate principles, policies and practices
  • Knowledge of GAAP lease accounting
  • Demonstrated financial and quantitative acumen
  • Proven team management and mentoring skills
  • Experience managing external brokerage partners
  • Clear and straightforward oral and written communication abilities
  • Skill in translating complex data for multiple audiences
  • Ability to create and contribute to data-driven presentations
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Ability to develop and utilize key performance indicators and metrics
  • Relationship management across all levels of the organization
  • Flexible, personable, collaborative and team-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications
  • Corporate real estate or professional designations, such as MCR, CCIM, SIOR, CPM, or similar
  • Commercial real estate experience

The base pay for this position generally is between
$98,900.00 and $175,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
