Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $81,400.00 - $122,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Summary

- Monitor pricing health of the business and consumer segment performance; identify patterns, trends, issues, and challenges, and develop data-informed insights and recommendations for corrective action.
- Design and implement automated pricing tools, dashboards, and APIs to streamline quoting, improve accuracy, and help the company quickly respond to market changes and trends.
- Conduct "what-if" and sensitivity analyses to model the impact of market changes, fuel costs, and customer mix on pricing strategy and margin outcomes.
- Present data-driven recommendations and pricing performance reports to senior leadership to guide long-term pricing and revenue strategies.
Required Experience & Specialized Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field; or a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field with no degree.
- Specific knowledge of database platforms like Oracle, SQL Server a plus.
- Working knowledge of data visualization and reporting platforms such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proven ability to transform data into business insights. Uses logic and intuition to make inferences about the meaning of data and arrive at a conclusion.
- Able to tell a story with data - i.e., use what you put together technically and share it in a compelling way to varying audience members.
- Work Ethic: Self-starter who possesses a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
