Primary Responsibilities
- Support the PPG STCA team with daily production data analysis and ad hoc analytical requests.
- Query, extract, and analyze product telemetry and user signals to identify opportunities, trends, and potential issues.
- Provide data-driven insights to support Agent Growth, Vertical Skills, and related product initiatives.
- Investigate product performance, user behavior, feature adoption, and other key product metrics.
- Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making and rapid product iteration.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Applied Scientists, Engineers, and stakeholders across both China and the US.
