Lead end-to-end product development for a perpetual DEX: define strategy, write PRDs, coordinate cross-functional teams, run user interviews, analyze feedback and analytics, and launch and iterate features to scale product adoption and optimize user experience.
Summary: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to lead the development and launch of cutting-edge products. This role requires strategic vision, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of user needs to drive product success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative features
- Craft comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs)
- Drive cross-functional execution and share insights throughout the company
- Guide and inspire a team of designers and engineers to ship and maintain products
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous product improvement
- Oversee the launch of new products from start to finish
- Collaborate closely with the growth team to ensure marketing channels are optimized for success
- Conduct regular user interviews to gather insights and maintain strong relationships
- Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform the product roadmap
- Translate user needs into actionable product features and improvements
- Utilize analytics tools to track product performance and user behavior
- Make data-informed decisions to optimize product features and user experience
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or DeFi
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in fast-paced environments
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience in both written and verbal forms
- Experience in building and leading high-performing teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
