Role Summary

As a Senior Product Marketer, Pricing Strategy & Monetization, you’ll help shape how customers, sellers, and the market understand the value of HubSpot’s evolving pricing and packaging. You’ll partner closely with Product, Finance, Sales Strategy, and Go-To-Market Enablement teams to translate complex commercial decisions into clear positioning, scalable enablement, and customer-facing experiences. This role sits at the center of one of HubSpot’s most important business transformations and will directly influence how we bring our pricing evolution to market globally.

What You’ll Do
  1. Partner with cross-functional pricing stakeholders to ensure customer value, positioning, and GTM impact shape pricing and packaging decisions.
  2. Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for pricing and packaging in key markets.
  3. Build messaging frameworks, enablement materials, and customer-facing assets that help sellers confidently communicate usage-based pricing and credits.
  4. Synthesize customer feedback, seller insights, market signals, and competitive intelligence to identify positioning gaps and adoption friction.
  5. Collaborate with Product teams to improve how pricing value and credit consumption are communicated within the product experience.
  6. Develop scalable frameworks and tools that help reps scope deals, articulate ROI, and navigate commercial conversations.
  7. Partner with GTM Enablement to deliver field readiness programs that improve seller confidence and reduce escalation volume.
  8. Use AI-powered workflows and insights to scale messaging analysis, streamline content development, and improve operational efficiency across pricing communications.
What You’ll BringRequired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Pricing Strategy, Monetization, Commercial Strategy, or related SaaS go-to-market functions.
  • Experience leading pricing, packaging, monetization, or commercial model transitions in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong cross-functional influence skills with experience partnering across Product, Finance, Sales Strategy, and GTM teams.
  • Proven ability to translate complex commercial or technical concepts into clear positioning and actionable messaging.
  • Experience building enablement programs, sales tools, or GTM frameworks that support revenue growth and seller adoption.
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and stakeholder management.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-change environments where frameworks and processes are still being built.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and workflows to improve content creation, analysis, or operational scale.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience working on usage-based, consumption-based, token-based, or credits-based pricing models.
  • Familiarity with PLG or hybrid sales motions in SaaS businesses.
  • Experience supporting AI product commercialization or monetization strategies.
  • Exposure to pricing experimentation, packaging optimization, or commercial analytics.
  • Experience working closely with enterprise sales organizations during complex GTM transitions.

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range:
$107,700$161,600 USD
