Businessolver is looking for an exceptional Market Sales Leader to help achieve our aggressive growth objectives & deliver on highly competitive sales goals for our largest clients - 12,000 employee lives and above.  The successful candidate must be able to manage the full life cycle of a sales opportunity – from sourcing qualified leads to pitching hundreds of qualified companies to closing an insane amount of business. Working closely with our Broker and Advisor channels, you will work to secure the business and then work closely with the implementation team to guide the deal through to close. The Gig:

  • Demonstration of our proprietary SaaS platform
  • Engage channel partners such as brokers & advisors to build relationships, targeting organizations with 12,000 employee lives and above
  • Execute a consultative sales strategy utilizing our innovative process
  • Build a pipeline to exceed expectations
  • Develop close working relationships with our sales support staff & the marketing team
  • Precise & detailed activity tracking
  • Prepare action plans & schedules to identify specific targets & generate contact projections
  • Follow up on new leads & referrals resulting from field activity
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, & adherence to goals
  • Identify & travel to marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, & telemarketing events

What you need to make the cut:

  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience selling technology to organizations of 12,000 employee lives and above
  • Strong preference for experience within the Benefit Administration or broader Human Capital Management (HCM) industries
  • Proven ability to execute a thorough sales discovery process
  • Proven ability to persuade & influence others consistently
  • Experience working with health benefit brokers and consultants strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to develop & deliver presentations
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Relationship building experience necessary
  • Channel Sales Experience preferred

The expected total compensation for this role, with on-target earnings (OTE), is up to $330K per year, with the ability to over-achieve on quota. The base pay range for this position is $135K per year to $168K (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
