Position Summary

Kaseya is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead executive searches across the company. You will own Director-level and above hiring for every part of the business: Go-to-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), Corporate Functions (Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Operations) and Product & Technology.

This is a full-cycle, high-visibility role. You will partner directly with senior leaders and the executive team, run searches from intake to signed offer, and represent Kaseya to the senior talent market. You will also help build and refine how Kaseya runs executive search, so every leadership hire follows a consistent, well-documented process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle executive searches for Director, Senior Director, VP and C-suite roles across GTM, Corporate Functions and P&T, managing a concurrent portfolio of senior searches.
  • Run thorough intake sessions with hiring executives to define the role, success profile, leadership competencies, compensation range and target talent pools.
  • Build search strategies and market maps, including target companies, competitor org intelligence and passive-candidate pipelines.
  • Source and engage senior passive talent directly through networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and targeted outreach.
  • Assess candidates for leadership capability, functional depth, scale experience and culture fit, and present well-calibrated shortlists with clear written candidate summaries.
  • Design and coordinate structured executive interview processes, including panel planning, case presentations and interviewer prep.
  • Manage offers end to end: compensation benchmarking, offer strategy, negotiation, references and closing, in partnership with Total Rewards and HR Business Partners.
  • Keep all executive searches in Greenhouse as the system of record, including resumes, interviews, feedback and offers.
  • Select, manage and hold accountable external retained search firms when used, including contract terms, fee management and performance against timelines.
  • Report search status, pipeline health and market insights to hiring executives and TA leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Deliver an exceptional, confidential candidate experience that strengthens Kaseya's employer brand with senior talent.
  • Help build and continuously improve Kaseya's executive search playbook, templates and process documentation.
  • Handle confidential searches, including backfills and new leadership roles, with discretion.
  • Support broader TA initiatives as needed, such as succession-driven hiring, workforce planning and hiring manager enablement.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, including at least 4 years focused on Director-level and above or executive search.
  • Proven track record closing senior hires across multiple functions, ideally covering GTM, Corporate Functions and Product & Technology.
  • Experience in an in-house TA team at a high-growth technology or SaaS company, or at a retained executive search firm.
  • Strong direct sourcing skills, with demonstrated success engaging passive senior candidates.
  • Ability to assess leadership capability and functional expertise, and to give candid, evidence-based recommendations to senior executives.
  • Strong offer negotiation and closing skills, including complex executive compensation (base, bonus, equity, sign-on).
  • Executive presence and the confidence to advise, influence and push back with senior leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound judgment and discretion with highly confidential information.
  • Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Highly organized, able to manage several concurrent senior searches with competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
  • Experience with IT, MSP, cybersecurity or B2B software organizations.
  • Global executive hiring experience, including North America, EMEA, LATAM or India.
  • Experience hiring in a PE-backed or acquisitive company.
  • Experience building or formalizing an executive search function, playbook or process.
  • Background managing retained search firm relationships and budgets.
  • Familiarity with leadership assessment tools and structured interviewing methods.
  • Experience with market mapping and talent intelligence tools.
  • An established network of senior leaders in technology GTM, finance or engineering.

Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
