Job Description

IDS is seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer, for ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary, to lead user experience strategy, design execution, and team development across complex systems and products. This role is responsible for driving high-quality user-centered design solutions, establishing UX standards, and mentoring design staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Duties

• Lead, manage, and mentor UX designers, providing direction and supporting professional growth

• Define and communicate UX strategy and vision across a portfolio

• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency

• Facilitate design workshops and sprints to enhance collaboration across teams

• Conduct user research and develop journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes

• Advocate for end-users by identifying workflows, pain points, and needs

• Define and refine UX processes, integrating Human-Centered Design within Agile development

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field
• OR Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience
• OR Associate’s degree or High School Diploma with 16 years of experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience (aligned to the education substitution structure above)

• Portfolio required

Compensation
  • $125,000k - $130,000k
