Company Overview:
Blink Health is the fastest growing healthcare technology company that builds products to make prescriptions accessible and affordable to everybody.  Our two primary products – BlinkRx and Quick Save – remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients.
BlinkRx is the world’s first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications. Patients benefit from transparent low prices, free home delivery, and world-class support on this first-of-its-kind centralized platform. With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can’t afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn’t have the medication in stock.
We are a highly collaborative team of builders and operators who invent new ways of working in an industry that historically has resisted innovation. Join us!

About the Role
We’re seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help build the workforce behind our pharmacy and Hub operations. You’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build steady, high-volume pipelines for both hourly (non-exempt) and salaried (exempt) roles, including Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacists, Patient Services roles, and Operations Leads.

The ideal candidate has sourced for high-volume and hard-to-fill operations or healthcare roles, uses AI-powered tools to work efficiently at scale, and can adjust their approach by role type, from fast-moving hourly hiring to specialized licensed and salaried positions.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Sourcing and Pipeline Building

  • Design and run sourcing strategies by role family: high-volume, non-exempt roles (such as pharmacy technicians, patient support, and prior authorization specialists) and exempt or specialized roles (such as pharmacists, Hub leads, trainers, quality, and logistics)
  • Build and maintain active talent pools so pipelines are ready before reqs open, especially for recurring, high-volume roles across locations
  • Map talent by identifying target employers, competitors, health systems, pharmacy chains, and local labor markets
  • Build local and community channels, including pharmacy technician programs, community colleges, pharmacy schools, workforce programs, job fairs, and employee referrals
  • Partner closely with recruiters for smooth handoffs and strong conversion from sourced candidate to screen to hire
  • Deliver curated, vetted candidate lists to recruiters for priority roles
  • Share market insights on pay, availability, and competitor activity to inform hiring and compensation decisions
  • Track and report sourcing metrics such as response rate, sourced-to-screen conversion, pipeline coverage, time to fill, and source of hire, and use them to improve results

AI-Enabled Sourcing

  • Use AI-powered sourcing platforms to find candidates efficiently and at scale
  • Optimize Boolean strings, filters, and AI-driven insights to surface best-fit candidates
  • Build and refine outreach campaigns and sequences that reach large candidate groups without losing personalization
  • Stay current on new sourcing tools and share best practices with the team

Candidate Engagement and Experience

  • Write clear, personalized outreach that fits the audience, from hourly candidates to licensed professionals
  • Give candidates the details they care about early, including schedule, shift, pay range, location, and credential requirements
  • Educate candidates on BlinkRx’s mission, culture, and opportunities
  • Respond quickly and keep candidates informed throughout the process
What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
  • Experience sourcing for both hourly and salaried positions
  • Experience sourcing for pharmacy, healthcare, or operations and call center environments
  • Strong Boolean search skills and creative sourcing techniques
  • Experience with AI-enabled sourcing tools (Findem preferred)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards such as Indeed, and an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sourcing goals in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment
  • Ability to manage multiple reqs and priorities at once

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience sourcing high volume roles in healthcare (like pharmacy technicians, pharmacists, or other licensed or certified healthcare roles)
  • Familiarity with pharmacy credentials, such as CPhT/PTCB certification, state technician registration, and pharmacist licensure
  • Experience hiring across multiple sites or locations
  • Experience building local partnerships, such as schools and workforce programs

Skills and Attributes

  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage candidates at all levels and work with hiring managers
  • Balances long-term pipeline building with immediate hiring needs
  • Organized, with strong follow-through on a high volume of reqs
  • Data-driven, with attention to metrics and continuous improvement
  • Consultative and able to build trust with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Passion for BlinkRx’s mission
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Collaborative and willing to share knowledge
