The Product Specialist will be part of the Core Consumer Products team, responsible for managing Mastercard's Mass and Affluent credit card product portfolio. This role plays a key part in supporting product strategy development and ensuring the effective execution of value propositions for clients and cardholders.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with excellent communication abilities, enabling close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of product strategies for Debit and Prepaid solutions, ensuring alignment with regional and global priorities
Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to support client engagements, product positioning, and deal execution
Provide day-to-day support on product-related topics, operational processes, and issue resolution
• Contribute to the definition, scope, and ongoing maintenance of the cardholder experience
• Perform portfolio performance analysis and generate actionable insights• Conduct cardholder behavior studies to support strategic decision-making
Contribute to product roadmap development, including enhancements, new use cases, and market expansion opportunities
Develop and track KPIs and dashboards to monitor product performance and business impact
Required Profile• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and financial metrics• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors• Strong attention to detail and ownership of deliverables
