This role is critical for leading B2B base accounts through retention and lifecycle marketing strategies that reduce churn and increase product and service adoption. It involves planning, creating, and producing targeted communications and programs for business decision makers, authorized users, and account stakeholders. The role requires developing business cases that consider customer health, lifecycle stage, usage behavior, competitive dynamics, and channel impacts. Success is measured by the impact on retention, adoption, customer engagement, and account value over time. The work influences organizational performance and customer satisfaction by aligning base-management efforts with business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lifecycle marketing plans and business cases to support retention, adoption, and base account growth strategies
- Prepare recommendations for annual business plans and tactical lifecycle strategies to guide B2B base management efforts
- Collaborate with creative, merchandising, advertising teams, and agencies to develop customer communications, adoption messaging, and value propositions
- Partner with marketing planning, analysis, customer insights, and product management to inform retention, adoption, pricing, and product roadmap decisions
- Coordinate cross-functional partnerships with sales, product management, care, and operations to ensure consistent execution and customer experience alignment
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience
OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
Preferred Experience:
- 7-10 years Marketing experience in retention, lifecycle management, customer engagement, or base management.
- 4-7 years Experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or business services, with a focus on Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Customer Lifecycle, or Account Management

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $129,480 - $233,520National Base Pay Range: $107,900 - $194,600
