JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing integrated, multi-channel growth marketing programs that drive pipeline creation, customer engagement, and measurable commercial impact across Baylor Genetics’ strategic priorities. This role serves as a core operator within the Growth Marketing pipeline engine, translating strategy into scalable campaign execution across digital channels, ABM programs, nurture journeys, webinars, paid media, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Working closely with the Director of Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and the Digital Content Strategist, this individual is responsible for campaign orchestration, Martech activation, audience targeting, channel execution, and performance optimization designed to move prospects through the funnel from inquiry to MQL to SQL to opportunity.

This role requires a highly execution-oriented marketer with strong experience in B2B demand generation, digital campaign activation, marketing automation, and performance-driven pipeline marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Integrated Campaign Execution

  • Execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns aligned to commercial pipeline and revenue objectives
  • Build and launch campaigns across email, nurture programs, webinars, paid media, retargeting, ABM, and digital channels
  • Support always-on campaign execution strategies designed to drive engagement, pipeline acceleration, and conversion
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deployment, and execution across internal stakeholders and agency partners
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned to funnel stages, segmentation strategies, and target audience priorities

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Execute ABM programs focused on strategic enterprise and high-priority target accounts
  • Support audience segmentation, account targeting, and campaign personalization initiatives
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to align campaigns to account priorities and pipeline goals
  • Monitor engagement trends and campaign performance across target accounts

Martech & Channel Activation

  • Operate and execute campaigns within marketing automation and Martech platforms including Pardot, Demandbase, Mutiny, Salesforce, and related technologies
  • Support activation across paid search, paid social, retargeting, webinar, nurture, and email channels
  • Coordinate campaign deployment, tracking, lead routing, and audience management with Marketing Operations
  • Support implementation of nurture journeys, lead scoring alignment, and campaign attribution tracking
  • Assist in scaling automated and segmented customer journey programs

Performance Optimization & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics including engagement, MQLs, SQLs, influenced pipeline, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
  • Support optimization initiatives through testing, audience refinement, and channel performance analysis
  • Prepare campaign performance reports, dashboards, and insights for Growth Marketing and commercial leadership
  • Contribute to development of funnel visibility, attribution reporting, and performance measurement capabilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, GTM priorities, and campaign alignment
  • Collaborate with the Digital Content Strategist on campaign assets, landing pages, conversion pathways, and digital customer journeys
  • Work with Sales Operations on targeting, CRM insights, attribution, and funnel reporting
  • Coordinate with Corporate Affairs & Communications to align campaign execution with broader brand, event, and thought leadership initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or B2B pipeline marketing
  • Proven experience executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable pipeline impact
  • Strong experience with marketing automation and Martech platforms including Pardot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Mutiny, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar technologies
  • Experience supporting ABM strategies, nurture programs, and funnel-based campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, marketing attribution, and pipeline reporting
  • Experience managing digital campaign channels including email, webinars, paid media, retargeting, and nurture programs
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Preferred:

  • Healthcare, diagnostics, biotech, medtech, or life sciences experience strongly preferred
