The Senior HRIS Analyst designs and optimizes HRIS solutions, supports HR functions, ensures compliance, and mentors team members.
Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Senior HRIS Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, optimizing, and leading delivery of complex HRIS solutions across reporting, configuration, and data processes. This role serves as a technical and functional leader, partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Operations, and Technology to ensure HR systems are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
- Design scalable HRIS solutions across modules (reporting, onboarding, compensation, workflows, integrations).
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and reporting structures with evaluation of impacts across payroll, compliance, and integrations.
- Build dashboards and advanced reporting for HR leadership and business partners, performing trend analysis across retention, compensation, and workforce metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy through audits and reconciliation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve systems.
- Partner with internal and external teams on system integrations and enhancements.
- Lead mid-sized HRIS initiatives and enhancements, owning timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Support roadmap planning and prioritization.
- Support integration of employee populations for mergers and acquisitions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain documentation and support audit readiness.
- Mentor HRIS Analyst roles, providing guidance and quality review of work.
- 5+ years of HR/HRIS experience.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP Vantage, Dayforce).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience with multi-national, multi-state and union environments.
- Ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders.

Work environment:
- Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
- Exposure to computer screens.

Pay Range$110,000 - 125,000 per year
