  • Develop, maintain, or coordinate practical program mechanisms and resources such as templates, forms, workflows, checklists, trackers, dashboards, knowledge-center content, and document repositories.
  • Support implementation, communication, and adoption of program updates through clear guidance, change summaries, FAQs, field support, and feedback collection.
  • Review program effectiveness using available feedback, adoption information, training data, mechanism use, action closure, and other practical indicators; recommend refinements as needed.
  • Maintain clear program records, including ownership, status, version history, approvals, effective dates, review timing, and links to related resources.
  • Facilitate collaboration among EHS, Operations, site EHS, Learning & Development, Systems & Data, Maintenance & Reliability, Procurement, and other partners as appropriate.
  • Communicate program status, recommendations, dependencies, and unresolved issues clearly to stakeholders and EHS leadership.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental science, industrial hygiene, engineering, business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Typically 8+ years of experience in EHS program management, operational standard work, training enablement, business process improvement, or related work in a multi-site environment.
  • Experience prioritizing program development or review based on business needs, risk, operational changes, program maturity, performance trends, and stakeholder feedback.
