Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).
- Design, execute, and maintain feature-level and end-to-end software test scenarios for complex products
- Analyze product requirements and architecture to define test strategies, coverage, and acceptance criteria
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports; manage defects through resolution
- Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify product risks, edge cases, and failure modes
- Build and maintain automated tests where they provide clear value, contributing to existing frameworks
- Collaborate with software, firmware, and product teams to improve testability and overall quality
- Support test environments, tools, and test execution across projects and releases
- Mentor junior engineers and promote strong testing practices and a quality-first mindset
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, QA engineering, or test engineering roles
- Strong experience validating feature-level behavior and cross-component workflows
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and test design techniques
- Experience with test automation, including writing and maintaining automated tests (Python preferred)
- Experience working in environments with hardware and software dependencies
- Practical knowledge of Linux environments, Git workflows, and CI/CD concepts
- Understanding of software development practices, defect investigation, and root cause analysis

WHAT WE OFFERThe pay range for this position is $137,196 - $205,382 annually.This is an exempt position.
