Echodyne is seeking a Sr. Test Engineer to join our fast-growing team! RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, execute, and maintain feature-level and end-to-end software test scenarios for complex products
  • Analyze product requirements and architecture to define test strategies, coverage, and acceptance criteria
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports; manage defects through resolution
  • Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify product risks, edge cases, and failure modes
  • Build and maintain automated tests where they provide clear value, contributing to existing frameworks
  • Collaborate with software, firmware, and product teams to improve testability and overall quality
  • Support test environments, tools, and test execution across projects and releases
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote strong testing practices and a quality-first mindset
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, QA engineering, or test engineering roles
  • Strong experience validating feature-level behavior and cross-component workflows
  • Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and test design techniques
  • Experience with test automation, including writing and maintaining automated tests (Python preferred)
  • Experience working in environments with hardware and software dependencies
  • Practical knowledge of Linux environments, Git workflows, and CI/CD concepts
  • Understanding of software development practices, defect investigation, and root cause analysis

The expected annual salary range for this role is
$137,196$205,382 USD
